Trying to find replacement parts

We bought a 13 year old house with 13 year old windows. The balances are starting to snap and we need replacement parts. We don't know the series or serial numbers.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thanks for your help. Once we pick either Series 380 or Series 385, how do we know what option to choose? The choices seem to be the same for both series, 2710, 2720, 2730, etc.

The option is based on the weight of your window sash. Once you pick your Series and channel length, you will see a chart that lists each option and what weight those options can support. Weigh your window sash and see which option would be the best fit.
