Trying to find replacement roller assemble for sliding glass door

Question

I am trying to find a replacement roller assembly for my sliding glass door since one of them rusted and broke. I got the following information from a sticker located inside the door frame.

Simonton Windows
Series 600-500 SGD (I think, it is kind of smudged)
SGD-R45-72x80

Thank you for posting. How about our 81-133? This appears very similar. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
