Trying to find replacement window pivot bars

A home owner from Merritt Island, Florida says:
This pivot bar is from the lower sash window. I could not find any numbers or names for the window manufacturer or the pivot bar itself.

I have 14 windows with 2 pivot bars per window. Most are rusted due to our Florida salt air and need to be replaced.

Thanks for your help.

The pivot bars are 3 inches long and have 2 screw holes.

From your photos, looks like the screws go through and tighten to the sash itself. If so, you should consider our 26-063. This has elongated holes, so the screw can pass through the pivot bar. Just remove the set screw that comes with it.
