Trying to find slider roller replacement

Any idea on this part? My sticker on slider says Series PT-1000
SGD-C30
MST:10080
MFGR Code PEN-1

You can start by taking a look at the 84-004 roller and comparing the dimensions to your roller. Let us know how they match up and we can go from there. Thank you!
