Trying to find the manufacturer as the outside pane of glass randomly cracked. I need a replacement horizontal slide panel as I assume you can't replace the glass?

Hello! If the only thing that's broken is the glass pane, then you can likely take this in to a local glass shop to have them swap the pane out.
Otherwise, the "BHI-1" code on the certification sticker tells me that this window was made by a company called Brothers Custom Products. That's not a brand I'm familiar with, so I can't advise you from there, but hopefully it points you in the right direction.
