Trying to identify a broken sash guide

Hi,
I'm trying to order replacement sash guides. The photos are of the broken one. They are used in a window that also uses the 33" Series 372 Channel Balance, Product Code: S372-33, option 3220 if that helps identify it some. (I'm ordering some these balances on the same order).

This looks a lot like our 18-033. You may also want to double check that you're ordering the right balance. In my experience, the 18-033 often works with our Series 390 channel balance.
