Hello, I hope you are doing well. Im trying to identify the correct balances I need to fix a few windows for a property at the beach I recently purchased. These are the pictures I was able to take of the balance I was able to remove. Please let me know if this is something you can help me with. The one I took out is 28" in length. Hi Sean, thank you for posting,
We should be able to assist with replacements for this style of balance, but it will require a custom order due to the extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.
To further review, can we see a side profile picture of the bottom shoe? Please also confirm how many balances are needed and we can confirm availability and pricing. Thank you!
Sorry I never saw an email but logged back on to the site and saw this response. Ive attached side views of both shoes. I would only need qty 2 of these. PLease let me know if you need anything else.
