Trying to identify counterbalance replacement

The double hung window was installed in 1974.
The only numbers on the counterbalance are:
C15. 6. 23 K7
Looking fir the replacement.

I'm afraid those numbers don't tell me anything. Can you show me a picture of the balance in question?

I purchased two of the 24-637 balancers last week from you and installed them yesterday.
It went perfect, thanks for the help.
