Trying to identify Coil Balance System

A contractor from Maryland says:
Each side has either 7R or 7L. Needed for Norandex double hung tilt windows.

Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. The cam looks a little different, however; is yours possibly damaged? This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Springs. Your stamps of 7L/7R indicate spring weights of 7 lbs, which means you need at least (2) of the S180-7 coil spring, 1 for each side. How many coil springs are on each side of the sash? 1 or more? If there is more than one spring per side, check the other springs for stamps to indicate what spring weights you need.
