It looks like you are showing the track slide of a window hinge similar to the 36-048. Unfortunately, the slide is not available separately but our hinge set could work for you as long as the 10" base that attaches to the sill matches yours and you replace both the top and bottom hinges. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
