Trying to identify sash guide

Question

Please help I am trying to identify a sash guide for a single hung window, insulated, aluminum, only the bottom sash moves up and down, the sash guide centers the sash and catches onto the balance rod, the home is in Tennessee, there is no ID on the windows, I think they are 6 to 12 years old. I tried to use the submission form but an error occurred. Please see the attached photos. Thank you.

Hi, Donald. You have an old Capitol window that is no longer being made. We still stock the top sash guide, however. It's our 18-069. Just go over the measurements quickly to verify the match!
