Trying to identify the balances I need to order to replace my window balances

Question

Can you help me? I have double-hung windows throughout my house and cannot identify the maker of the windows. Over the years the balances have broken and I have had a widow/glass company replace most of them, but they were not the proper balances and have since broken as well. Attached is a copy of the original balance on one of my windows. I am trying to figure out what to order to repair all my windows prior to summer coming.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I do believe we can help you with identifying the replacement balances you need but I'll need a bit more information. I'm sorry to say that the photo provided of the balance channel and the stamp will not help to identify the balances you need. The stamp will indicate the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the sash weight.

That said, I will need to see a photo of your existing balances removed from your sash. I'll need to see the top and bottom of the balance as well as any other compatible hardware you might be looking to replace.
