Trying to identify the correct channel balance to purchase

Hello -

I'm trying to make sure I order the correct channel balance for my window. I have uploaded the photos but, unfortunately, the hook is missing so I don't have a picture of that. It's a bit difficult to read but the markings on the channel are 29 3 AX CMC 11.

See our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2930.
