Trying to identify this Operator. No idea brand of Windows

Hey there, hopefully I can help. Your operator is similar to our 39-257B. However, ours has two holes at the top and bottom of the housing. Would you still be able to get this to work for your window?

We have others that you can consider. You can see our entire selection here. The style we carry with the elongated tab at the bottom are more standard for bottom windows. If that tab gets in the way, you could theoretically cut it off. Take a look at these operators and let me know what you think.
