We don't sell this exact handle set but the 82-082 has a similar clamp-style latch. This measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers so you'll want to make sure yours is the same. If you wanted keyed access, see the 82-310 which is sold separately and can be adapted to the 82-082's exterior handle. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.
