Trying to identify and replace rail and spring for GAPCO windows

Question

The rail is 5/8" tall and 1/2" wide.  The rail is 28" long.  The rail has 2730K stamped on it.  Thanks for your help!

Thank you for posting, most Gapco windows including yours will use our S385-28 side load balance with a spring weight 2730 option. I suggest you compare our dimensions and pictures to your hardware, just in case.
