Have tilt windows, metal tube length is 28.5 so should I round up to 29 when ordering.? Definitely 3/8 width. No idea on window manufacturer original vinyl windows from when house was built in mid 90's. The only identifier on existing spiral balance is in the one photo it says "EOB". Thank you.
