Hello,

The 827 stamp shown in your photos may correspond to the 24-837 Andersen sash balance but there are sometimes other stamp codes on the balance that are not visible while it's installed. I'd recommend removing your balance to confirm if there are any other numbers that may indicate a different part. Thank you.
