Trying to replace front door hinge

A quick learner from Hickory, NC says:

This is a 4 inch rounded door hinge, brand is Lawrence. I want to replace the hardware with satin/brushed nickel but when I bought replacements that looked right the holes were JUST off enough to where I'd have to replace the doorframe. I have looked online and can't find this same exact configuration/pattern. The house was built in 2001.
