Hello I am trying to change these door handles into a key and lock system so that I can open and lock it from the outside. Do you sell anything that would allow me to do this? These doors are around 20 years old so the sticker on it was already old and not really readable. The numbers on it were SGD-R15. Above that were some numbers that appear to be 101-93. Thank you.

It looks closer to 5" in your photo. Can you confirm? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole. I suspect it's more like 4-15/16". If so, you can use our 82-306 outside keyed handle to convert this door to lock from the outside.

It is 5 inches.
