Hello
We've been trying to replace our patio door handle - Sash #2665 and I guess you can't just go out and buy a new one, any kind - it has to be the SAME EXACT one that came with the patio door, according to all the hardware stores I've visited. I find that so shocking.
At any rate, maybe I'm too frustrated but I can't seem to find what I need.. it's offering too many options and I can't see straight.
Can you point me to "everything" to close and lock (no key) my patio door?
