Trying to replace this balance

I need help ordering two replacement balances for this one window. The number I see on here is 2930. Please let me know which balance to order.

Thanks for posting. This balance might be either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the image below. Measure the shoe of your old balance to confirm which of these options matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 2930. Let me know if you have further questions.
