Trying to replace window balance for several broken balances

A quick learner from Colorado says:
Markings "26 5 HW CMC 7"
Channel width seems to be 1/2"
1" winged plastic on one side
1 3/4" winged plastic piece on the other

See our S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the illustration below. For a new stamp option use 2650.
