Tube nut turns with screw

How do I get tube nuts to not turn when trying to take out screw
If I have to replace tube nuts what is part number please.

Those tube nuts are not supposed to turn; at least, they don't whenever I install these handles. We unfortunately don't sell them separately, either. The only option we can offer you is a new 82-086 handle set. I apologize for the inconvenience.
