I saw something similar (82-240) to the photo below but it did not have the 4 tabs at the bottom as shown. DO you have a part as shown below.

I have the same lever, 82-240 does not work,any other ideas?

I'm sorry to hear the 82-240 didn't work. Could you show us a few pictures of the handle set it works with? That may help us find a better match.
