Twin Seal Balance clip/Assy and weather strip

Thanks for reaching out to us. You have a very old style "rod" type balance. These aren't made anymore, but the good news is that one of our modern balances can be used as an alternative. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe? That will allow me to narrow down the list of possibilities.

For the weatherstripping, I think you have either our 58-171 or 58-182, depending on the size of the "T" insert that slides into the window channel. Look them over to determine the best match.
