Twisted sash mechanisms

A quick learner from Rockport Texas says:

I need to replace 30 sides of these on 15 windows. How much trouble are they to replace?

Thanks,

Hello,

Take a look at our 90-005 window sash lock with 2-1/4" hole spacing and compare the dimensions to see if this could work for you. If so, you would pretty much unscrew the lock and use the original fasteners to install the new one. Thank you!

So sorry, bad pic. I need the spiral balancer for the Alenco window, 3/8" tube size

Thanks for getting back to us. If this is a tilt window, and if the tube is only 3/8" in diameter, then you can use our Series 900 spiral balance.

Non-tilt

Then that's a problem. There is a good chance your balance isn't made anymore. We may have a solution for you, but in order to help you'll have to take the balance out of the window entirely and show me a clear picture of the top end and bottom end. I especially need to see however it connects to the sash at the bottom.
