The plastic ends are broke on them , but rather than drill and replace I think it would be easier to replace complete

Thanks for reaching out to us! We'd be happy to help with this. Can you show us photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the video below? Can you also confirm the 2950 and 2920 stamped balances are from different windows?
I'm afraid I don't recognize the part in your second photo, however. Could you let us know its function? Would it be possible for us to see photos of an undamaged version?
