Two Replacement Andersen Window Sash Balances Needed

Question

Both Sash Balances in my Andersen bathroom window have failed. I need two replacement Sash Balances.
I did not find the Andersen window model number anywhere on the window or on the bug screen frame.
Based on the Visible Glass Measurement, I found at a site on the internet that the window could be an Andersen Model # 24310.
I did searches on the J16 5P23 2X7 number mentioned below & came up with nothing.

Visible Glass Measurement (Same for Top & Bottom Windows)
24 716”W & 19 7/8”H
Numbers on Sash Balances (Same for both Balances)
J16 5P23 2X7 (The only other numbers on the Balances is the Pat. #).

Thanks for posting. See the 24-531. This will replace old Andersen balances with the stamp '5p23', or 523.
