Two awning windows - need hardware

Thanks for your post! The worm gear has become stripped, so you'll need to replace the entire operator to repair the window. Your operator resembles the 39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator. The arms attach to the window using the 36-078 Shoe Stud.
