I have a double casement window WS IGCC CBA 03/IGMAC WS MED
The crank is stripped and the window won't close all the way.
Do you have the replacement part?

I was told that the windows are Weather Shield and the hardware was manufactured by Truth Hardware.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any operators meant to be connected between two windows like the setup in your photos. In this case, I would recommend contacting the window manufacturer directly to discuss your replacement options. Good luck with your repair!
