Two door configuration

I am replacing existing hardware on a dual sliding door configuration. Part 82-080 is the correct style and mounting hole spacing. However, as this handle set includes the lock mechanism I need the complementary set to receive the lock lever. Please confirm which item number corresponds with style and mounting hole spacing.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, exactly. Are you asking for the matching mortise lock? If so, the 82-080 is compatible with a few different kinds. Can you show me a picture of yours so that I may match it up?
