Hi, I need a replacement part for the patio door. I took some pics per attached. Can you help me identify what part I need and if you carry it and how much.

Sure! Have a look at our 82-238. I believe this could be a match for your mortise lock, but just confirm that the dimensions match.

I do believe that 82-238 is a complete match to what I am looking for.

I am not very good in measuring. I took a pic with the measuring tape close to it.

Do you think you can help confirm?

Your measuring tape is only held up next to the part length-wise, so that's pretty much all I can be sure about. It appears your length is close to the 82-238's length, but you will need to use your best judgement on the other dimensions.

Thanks. If I placed an order, are they returnable. I think it is the correct replacement part that I need. Also do you have the hook on the receiving end that matches this. Please see pic attached . Thank you.
