Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. 

We'll also need to know the exact weight of the sashes the 24" and 30" balances support since your stamp codes are from an outdated system. Thank you!

I am sending pictures of the two balancers with the spring showing. One is broke not sure if that's a problem.
One window weights 30lb.
One window weighs 40 lb.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you would need the S395-24 and S395-30 channel balances. There are charts on the product pages that explain how to choose your strength options based on the weight of the sash for each balance length.
