i believe that they are mirage windows these two parts allow the window to pull down to wash
sorry for the last two parts i am not home so i dont have a pix of the parts installed

Hello,
It's touch to tell without seeing the other side of your latch, but take a look at our sash release levers here. By comparing your dimensions to our latches, you should be able to find one that will work for you.
