Two types of weatherstrip for exterior Stanley door

Replacing the two types of weatherstripping used on a Stanley "Sta-Tru" exterior door. I've attached a profile of both and the door ID label (if that's of any use). Please note the one weatherstripping has a magnetic material.

These two seals look similar to those you can find in our 58-008 magnetic weatherstripping kit. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
