Two window channels and pieces on window

Question

Hello,

I am trying to replace two window channels. Please see pictures. The metal channel measures 25 inches.

I also believe both of the plastic pieces on the window that catch the channel are damaged. I was only able to upload one photo of that piece due to the file limit but I can send more separately. Please let me know what you think.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S350-25 channel balance to yours. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

There's a good chance that we could supply the top sash guide that you need as well but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from another window in the house to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
