Hello! This appears to be a Truth brand operator. Truth always uses an 11/32" sized spline, so my top recommendation would be the 39-114L. As for the cover plate, see our 39-107.
For the window that won't crank closed, that's indicative of a broken gear, so the entire operator needs to be replaced. I can help with that, but we need to see a photo of the operator fully removed from the window so that we can see the whole thing. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
Thank you! These photos are sufficient, I appreciate it. Looking at the design of the old operator, my top suggestion would be the 39-031. We also sell the 39-032 for the opposite side, if you needed it. Just make sure to review the size of each arm to verify that they're the same. They should be, but you should always check just to be safe.
As for removing the wood still trim, these are typically nailed down so you would have to pry it up. We suggest a pry bar or stiff putty knife. Just make sure not to use too much force, since you don't want to crack the wood on accident. The video below shows you exactly how we do it.
Sure, that would be the hinge. We don't sell this exact style but our 36-048 hinge assembly should work as long as the following criteria are satisfied:
- The base track is 10" long
- You replace the top and bottom at the same time
The 36-048 comes with both a top and bottom hinge so you only need one pair per sash.
