Two window cranks needed

Home Owner from California
Hi there!

I do not see any names or markings on the window cranks or our windows. It could be milgard because in our house they were all done at one time by the previous owner and there's another type of window that goes up and the word milgard is under the window lock but that's a different style window that doesn't have cranks.

Can you please identify the cranks we need?

Hello!

This looks like our 39-375 and 39-376 folding handle with cover but compare our dimensions with yours to see what you think.

Ok, Emily, those look correct. How can I pay for them and have them shipped? Thanks!

Hi Emily,

I just ordered these and realized 2 things:
- I should have measured as you suggested. My width is only 5 1/4"
- I forgot I only need the actual handle, not the base

Sorry so tired today I am not thinking! Is there a way to just order the handle and do you think it'll fit our slightly narrower cranks? If so, can you refund what I bought just now if we can just order cranks?

Thank you!

No need to apologize! We don't sell a handle that would be compatible with your existing base cover so you would need a new 39-375 and 39-376 which would be our best options. If you'd like, you can upload a picture of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible so we can confirm if our covers would be compatible with your assembly. In addition to this, we'd like you to remove your current cover so that we can see the operator's base.

I'm afraid I can't alter your order on my end but you can call our customer service department at (888) 991-1929 for assistance.

Ok well since the order is going through anyway, I might as well see if I can just take the handles off the new parts and put them on our existing base.

Thanks for all your help!
