I'm not sure what it is you have exactly, Keith. Can I see a couple of pictures of the hardware in question? That will help us locate a good match.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

I WOULD SAY I HAVE A 15-005, BUT IT IS 15/16 DEEP NOT 1 INCH DON'T THE NUMBERS ON IT 22-D-40 MEAN ANYTHING
THE PHOTOS ABOVE ARE NOT EXACTLY LIKE MINE.

The stamp does not tell us what the Series of the balance is, only what strength the spring is. If yours is 15/16", then it's possible that you once had the 15-005 and it just wore down with time. Do you think that's possible?
