UNIQUE balances

Question

I am a home owner planning to sell my home, cannot imagine selling the house with broken windows. I have to replace Unique metal channel balance in 4 windows. As far as I understand it has to be custom made. My is: (03/5) UNIQUE 30-B-20. Could you please tell me how much per piece. I only need it for bottom parts of 4 windows- 8 pieces.Thank you. Danusia

Thanks for contacting us, Danusia. We can help you with a replacement for this balance, though keep in mind your exact type isn't around anymore. I believe you can use our S795-31 as a substitute. Look it over and see what you think.

Keep in mind that the shoe that comes with this balance is 1-1/4" wide, but yours is much thinner. Because of that, I also recommend purchasing our 1" wide 15-194 separately. This just pops on. See the video below for more information.

The only other detail that may get in the way is the top attachment. Our S795-31 uses a screw tab, not a hook. If yours uses a hook, then it will have to be a special order. Let me know!
