These are a wood clad double hung window. I am not sure of the manufacturer. If you are able to tell me what kind of balance these are, and if they are something you can get for us that would be great.

Thanks for writing in to us! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the balances you have pictured here but I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window to identify the right replacement.
I'll need to see the shape of the metal channel as well as a clear photo of the bottom shoe on the balance.
Once I have this information I'll be able to confirm exact which balance is needed to complete your repairs.
