UPVC sash window

Question

I can find no identifiying marks on this window the sliding part that holds the window spring has snapped on the bottom section so the spring is not being used. I think the part is symetrical so will fit both left and right sides

We'd be happy to help, but the pivot shoe shown in your photo is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact version of this shoe removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory.
