The numbers you've provided are often associated with our 81-258 roller. We can't be sure this is what you have without pictures, but compare our dimensions to your original roller to see if this matches what you need.

I ordered the 81-258S and my guys that were repairing my door put them on and the slider works beautifully. Thanks. The fit was perfect.
