Looking for replacement hinges USIP Hinges. The measurements are 1-1/2 to 1-9/16 from the center of hole on the hanger part to the center of the furthest hole for the door side. Sorry I don't have any photos

Unfortunately, USIP actually stands for "US Intellectual Property," which is basically just a "copyright" symbol. It's not a particular part or company.
See if you can find your hinge among our options. If you don't see the hinge in our selection, try to find something similar that can be adapted.
