Ultra lift balances

Question

Hi I need 12 of each of the ultra lift balances listed below:

Balance length: 35
Balance stamp: LL-70
Balance color: gray
Quantity: 12
sash weight 72 pounds

Balance length: 35
Balance stamp: 35-56
Balance color: gray
Quantity: 12
sash weight 53 pounds

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need two different style balances here; the first one, stamped LL-70, is not actually an UltraLift balance and actually follows different rules. Before we can pull the trigger on that I will need you to tell me how many pins are at the end of the spiral rod and how wide those pins are.

I would also like you to confirm the weight of the sash, since the stamp is expressly calibrated to hold 70 pounds, not 72. I know that seems like a small difference but it is important. If your sash is 72 pounds then that means someone put in the wrong strength balance.

The 35-56 balance does seem to be a typical UltraLift, but there are discrepancies here, too. Please confirm that the length of the tube to start out; it should be 35-1/2", not 35". Please also confirm the weight of the sash. Like the other balance, this is meant to hold 56 pounds exactly, not 53.
