Ultralift replacements

Hi,
I need to replace some sash window balances.
The current balances are Ultralift (date stamped 06/03/06 with the code N15 and 8.0KG

Would you be able to help with that?

Thanks for writing in, Dawn. I'd like to confirm a few details. That stamp is a bit unusual for this type of balance. Can you show me a picture of it? Can you also show me a picture of the bottom bearing from which the spiral protrudes? We'll do our best to help from there.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for responding, I don't have a picture of the bottom bearing (I'm not confident enough to take the window out ) but I do have a picture of the spring ( you'll need to zoom in to see the code - it's very faint)
