A quick learner from California says:
I need to replace wool pile on a few windows. Trying to figure out how to remove wool pile and I am unable to find any way to pull out wool pile. I appear to have mitered windows that is joined at the corner. This is for a sliding window. Picture attached is how all 4 corners look.

Hello,
We have two videos covering wool pile removal that I'll put below for you to review. Some windows have openings in the corners of the sash that will allow you to easily slide the pile out. Yours doesn't appear to have that, so you'll need to follow our cut-out method to remove your existing weatherstripping. Thank you!
