Unable to identify balance bar

Hello,

We need 4 new balancers, but we are having trouble locating them. The ID on the balancer displays 26-4-HW-CMC-11. Do you guys carry this in stock?

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 27".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp for a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.

Hello,

It looks like they are the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. We need to order 4 of them. Last time you guys sent me a purchase order, we paid it, and you guys shipped it. Would it be possible to have another invoice created for these or do we need to find them through the website and order independently?

It appears that last order placed was for custom order balances. We have to send links for those because they are not a standard part in our inventory.
