Uncertain of slide size

A handy person from Roswell, GA says:
From single hung tilt window, circa 1995/96. No maker markings, channel counter pull has markings of "J C2730" or "K C2735" depending on window (which I presume are 27C 770 series channel pulls).

Uncertain of how thick they are -- there are four nubs or raised spots on front of slide. If you don't include them then appears to be 17/32" thick. If you do include it then 9/16" to 19/32".

Other dimensions - 2 1/8" tall (at highest) and 1 1/2" wide. Blue bumper.

The one that I removed was on a window where the counterweight was not working at all, despite being properly connected, and I could not get the slide back into place after removing (which required pliers). Any advice on installation would also be helpful. Purchasing from you because of features like this and the very useful videos, which have helped me greatly already!

The pivot lock shoe you have looks like our 15-152, which work with our Series 770 channel balance. We have a video how to replace a balance system similar to yours, it may help. You can watch it below.

Thank you, however that video is missing instructions on how to put the pivot shoe back in. These are aluminum windows, so spreaders and heat guns don't work, and the diagonal when inserting the shoe is just big enough that I cannot get the shoe in.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
